What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) has applied to Cherwell District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

The Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises), Regulated Entertainment (Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Performance of Plays, Films) (on and off the premises) from 08:00 until 01:00 Monday to Sunday. The Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors & outdoors) from 23:00 until 01:00 Monday to Sunday. Premises Opening Hours of 08:00 until 01:30 Monday to Sunday.
