What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure
Limited to the Licensing Authority of Eastbourne Borough
Council to vary the Premises Licence for David Lloyd
Lawns at Broadwater Way Eastbourne, BN22 9PZ. The
application includes the following terms:
1. To approve changes to the premises as per the drawings
deposited with the Licensing Authority principally
including expansion of the licensed area to the spa, spa
garden, outdoor pool, lounge terrace, padel social, DL Kids
Activity areas and relevant adjoining areas as further
particularised in the application and plans and also
de-licensing the first floor.
2. To permit exhibition of films in the club room and DL
Kids Activity areas (to match standard and non-standard
timings permitted for the sale of alcohol) as further
particularised in the application and plans. Any person
who desires to make a representation to the variation
should send a brief written statement of the grounds of
their objection to

Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
