The application seeks authorisation for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the between 10:00 and 18:00 Sunday to Wednesday, and between 10:00 and 22:00 Thursday to Saturday.
The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). An online summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or interested Party must be made in writing between: (06/08/2026 and 03/09/2026) to Director of Development & Regulation, Housing & Assets, Licensing, Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, DY2 8JW
