APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that we, The Padel Club Ltd have applied on 20th August 2026 to Flintshire Council in respect of the premises known as The Padel Club – Chester, Minerva House, Chester West Employment Park, Minerva Avenue off Sealand Road. CH1 4QT for a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities: Recorded Music – Monday – Saturday – 06:00 – 23:00, Sunday – 06:00 – 22:00. Supply of Alcohol – Monday – Saturday– 11:00 – 23:00, Sunday – 11:00 – 22:00.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 16th September 2026.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Flintshire Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
