LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

I, KIVETON VAPE&BEYOND LTD, have today, the 19th August 2026 , applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Kiveton Vape & Beyond 111 Wales Road, Sheffield S26 6RA The application seeks consent to allow the: sale of alcohol, for consumption off, the premises on every day of the week between 7am and 11pm It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk The last date for the receipt of representations is 16th September 2026 Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website, www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
