Application For A Premises Licence

I Mr Pawan Marwa Hereby gives notice that I have applied to EPSOM AND EWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL for a Premises Licence for premises known as and situated at: Epsom Daily Needs, 10 High Street, Epsom, KT19 8AD. It is proposed that the following relevant Licensable Activities will be carried on or from the premises: The Retail Sale of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 08:00 - 23:00.

Responsible authorities and other persons wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 10/09/2026. Representations must be submitted to: Grants and Licensing Team, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY, or via email: licensing@epsom-ewell.gov.uk. A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) or visit: www.epsom-ewell.gov.uk. Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
