APPLICATION

APPLICANT – Mr Adem Yilmaz

PREMISES – OHA Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar, which was originally destined for 60 Watergate Street has found a new location at 35 Watergate Street. An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:-

    • Sale of alcohol on the premises

    • Sale of alcohol off the premises

  • Provision of regulated entertainment – recorded music / live music.

The times for the licensable activities are:-

    • Sale of alcohol on & off the premises / recorded music, Sunday to Wednesday 09.00 to 00.00, Thursday to Saturday 09.00 to 00.30

  • Live music, 09.00 to 00.00 every day

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at https://bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further information please email licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 10 September 2026, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
