What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE PREMISES LICENCE (LICENSING ACT 2003)

Notice is given that Privilege Bar Ltd has applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence for the premises known as Privilege Bar , located at 3-5 Church Street, Uttoxeter, ST14 8AG.

The proposed licensable activities and their requested hours are:

Proposed Licensable Activities - (c) Indoor Sporting Events, (e) Live music and (f) Recorded Music - both Indoors and Outdoors and (J) Supply of alcohol - Both On and Off Sales. Extend the licensable area as per the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority Sunday to Thursday 09:30 to 23:00 Friday & Saturday 09:30 to 00:00

Any representations must be made in writing by 16th September 2026 to the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB or email: licensing@ eaststaffsbc.gov.uk

Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

Applications can be viewed by appointment only at The Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1AA.

A list of applications can be viewed online at www. eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an Application for a Premises Licence. The maximum fine for which a Person is liable on Summary Conviction for the Offence is unlimited.
