Notice is hereby given that we, Siddle Hospitality Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Ground Floor, Flass Corner, (former CIU Building) Flass Street, Durham, DH1 4EF For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) Monday to Sunday inclusive, 12.00 - 23.00 hrs.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 16th September 2026 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, Durham DH8 1HG. Alternatively email: Licensing@durham.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
