FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Iona Price has applied to Somerset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:

Good Measure,

16 Market Place,

Wincanton, Somerset,

BA9 9JQ

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and recorded music.

Proposed opening hours:

Monday & Tuesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Wednesday to Saturday: 10:00am - 9:00pm

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Somerset Council no later than 9 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine for such an offence.
