NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF
PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that BK World Lounges Ltd has
applied to Harborough District Council on 17 August 2026
for the grant of a premises licence at Magna Park,
Lutterworth, LE17 4XN, as shown in the site location plan
attached to the application. The application is to permit the
provision of late-night refreshment and the sale of alcohol
for consumption on and off the premises 24 hours a day,

Any person who wishes to make a representation about this
application should do so in writing to the above address or
by email no later than 14 September 2026 clearly stating
the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant
to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application for a premises licence and
the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is
unlimited.
