VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Barley and Vine Limited
has applied to the Licensing Authority at Bedford
Borough Council for a variation under the Licensing
Act at The Bedford Arms, 57 High Street, Oakley,
Bedfordshire, MK43 7RH. Summary of the
proposed variation: to extend the licensable area
to include the external areas of the premises, as
shown on the plan submitted with the application.
No change is sought to the licensable activities,
conditions or licensing hours already authorised,
which will continue to apply to the extended area.
Any person wishing to make any representation to
the application should write to the Licensing
Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall,
Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP specifying
the grounds for making representations. Interested
parties or responsible authorities may make written
representations these should be sent to the
Licensing Authority within 28 days starting on the
day after the day on which the application was
given to the council. Date of application submitted
to the Council: 21 August 2026. Last Date for
representations: 18 September 2026. Applications
can be viewed during office hours at the Council or
