What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority
of Borough of Telford & Wrekin to vary the Premises Licence for the Barley
Mow at 16 Court Street, Madeley, Telford, Shropshire. TF7 5EP. The
application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the internal
and external changes of the premises as per plan deposited with the
Licensing Authority. 2. To amend children’s condition. 3. To permit
externally Films, Retail Sale of Alcohol, Live Music and Recorded Music
until 23:00 hours daily. Full details of the Application and the drawing can
be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Borough of Telford
& Wrekin, Licensing Team, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford,
Shropshire, TF3 4JA. A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and
including 16th September 2026 (
