Notice is hereby given that JD Hospitality Ltd has applied to Preston City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Y2K, 30–34 Avenham Street, Preston, PR1 3BN
The application seeks to permit the following licensable activities:
Provision of live music:
Monday–Sunday 11:00–03:30
Provision of recorded music:
Monday–Sunday 11:00–03:30
Provision of performances of dance:

Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance: Monday–Sunday 11:00–03:30
Late-night refreshment:

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during normal office hours or through Preston City Council's website.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 14 September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
