PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mercy Statter has applied to Lancaster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: KC's African Caribbean Cuisine, Edward Roberts Court, Lancaster University, Bailrigg, Lancaster, LA1 4YW.
The application seeks to permit the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday from 11:00 hours to 01:00 hours the following morning.
The provision of regulated entertainment by way of live music on Fridays and Saturdays from 18:00 hours to 23:00 hours.
The provision of late-night refreshment by way of hot food and hot drink, Monday to Sunday from 23:00 hours to 01:00 hours the following morning.
The public register of Lancaster City Council and the record of this application may be inspected at the Licensing Manager, Governance, Lancaster City Council, Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe, LA4 5AF, or online at

www.lancaster.gov.uk


Any person or responsible authority wishing to make a representation in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Manager at the above postal address, or by email to

licensing@lancaster.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 11th September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
