Notice of application for the transfer of a licence
TAKE NOTICE that Homebawn Limited intends at the Magherafelt Magistrates’ Court sitting at Londonderry
Courthouse, The Courthouse, Bishop Street, Londonderry, BT48 6PQ on the 16 th September 2026 at 10.00 a.m. to
apply for the transfer to it of a licence at present held by Mid Ulster District Council and 3 Elements Catering Ltd for the
premises at 45 Main Street, Bellaghy, Magherafelt, County Derry being the premises of the following kind according to
the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1)(h) a place of public entertainment
The said Homebawn Limited shall be the owner of the business to be carried on under the licence and its directors are
Pat Brennan, Christopher Heaney, Cllr Ian Patrick Milne, John Joseph Muldoon, and Dr Sheena Wilkinson.
Mid Ulster District Council shall be the owner of the premises.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises to which this application relates who intends to object to this application must in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Order, serve notice of his intention to object upon the Applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions of the above-named petty sessions district not less than one week before the hereinbefore mentioned Magistrates’ Court sitting on the grounds of either failure to comply with the correct procedure and/or the unfitness of the Applicant and/or the business or the ancillary business carried on in the said premises under the licence having been discontinued.
