Application for the variation of a Premises Licence
Ashover Cider Company Limited, Spar House
Farm, Lewth Lane, Preston, PR4 0TD. I Michelle
Rafter on behalf of Ashover Cider Co Ltd hereby
give notice that I have applied for a variation of the
Premises Licence in respect of the above
premises. The application is to allow the variation
of the following Licensable Activities: Provision of
live music: Monday - Sunday 12:00 - 22:00 Supply
of alcohol: Monday - Sunday 11:00 - 23:00.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or at

www.preston.gov.uk.

Any
interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representations to the Council about the
application. Such representations must be in
writing and must be made no later than 16
September 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction.
