What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that East of England Showground
Services Limited has applied to Peterborough City Council
for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises
to be known as Peterborough Arena, Oundle Road,
Peterborough, PE2 6XE.
The application seeks to replicate the activities and hours
previously held by the premises under premises licence
116802. The proposed licensable activities and their hours
are: 1. The retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off
the premises between 08:00 and 02:00 the following
morning, each day, 2. Regulated entertainment by way of
plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling,
live music, recorded music, dance and anything similar
for 24 hours per day each day indoors and between
08:00 and 02:00 the following day, each day outdoors,
3. The provision of late night refreshment between 23:00
and 05:00 the following day, each day indoors and between
23:00 and 02:00 the following day, each day indoors,
4. Premises open to the public 24 hours per day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by The Licensing
Team, Peterborough City Council, Sand Martin House,
Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY or by
email to

no later than
11th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
