What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence made under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Please take notice that I / we (name of applicant/premises):
TAMEKA PERIVAL – TOWER BRIDGE BLEND LTD
Have made application to the Southwark Council to Vary the Premises Licence in respect of (full name & postal address of the premises):
TOWER BRIDGE COLLECTIVE FOOD HALL, 224-226 TOWER BRIDGE ROAD, SE1 2UP

The Proposed variation is as follows:
To add off-sales to allow alcohol purchased on the premises to be consumed in the designated external area, amend Condition 342 to permit dining and the consumption of food and drink in the area, and amend Condition 361 to prohibit use of external areas after 22:00 until 12:00 the following 
day, except for access, egress and smoking.

It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via licensing@southwark.gov.uk ) and be 
received by the Service within a period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown below.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
