Application For A Premises Licence
Sumsudzzaman Mohammed has applied to Newham Council for a Premises Licence for: Coffee Hut, 286 Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, so that the following Licensable Activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Provision of Late Night Refreshment - Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 02:00 - Supply of Hot Food and Hot Drinks for Consumption On and Off The Premises.
Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of The Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RP, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team by no later than 15 September 2026. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the Licensing Objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations may have to appear at the Council's Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence for a person knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application.
