Monday: 08:00 - 00:00, Tuesday: 08:00 - 00:00, Wednesday: 08:00 - 00:00, Thursday: 08:00 - 00:00, Friday: 08:00 - 00:00, Saturday: 08:00 -00:00, Sunday: 08:00 - 23:00.
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than: 14-09-2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
