LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Kings Heath Community Centre has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Kings Heath Community Centre, located at 8 Heathfield Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7DB.

The proposed licensable activities and their requested hours are:
• The sale by retail of alcohol:
o Monday: 12:00 and 23:00
oTuesday: 12:00 and 23:00
oWednesday: 12:00 and 23:00
oThursday: 12:00 and 23:00
oFriday: 12:00 and 23:00
oSaturday: 12:00 and 23:00
oSunday: 12:00 and 23:00

• Proposed opening hours of the premises: Monday to Sunday between 9am and 12am

A record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Birmingham City Council, Licensing Section, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/info/20081/licensing during normal office hours.

Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by no later than 24 September 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
