Application has been made by Etch Restaurants Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Brighton & Hove City Council to vary the Premises Licence for Etch Restaurant, 214-216 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2DJ. The application is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment until 0100 on Fridays and Saturdays and to amend a condition so that the sale of alcohol on the lower ground floor does not need to be ancillary to a meal.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ no later than 14th September 2026. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brightonhove.gov.uk/licensing.
