LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that Pinks Padel & Social Ltd has applied to Rossendale Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a new Premises Licence in respect of Pinks Padel & Social, Stoneholme Road, Rossendale, BB4 8BA.

The application is for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Monday to Thursday 09:00-23:00, Friday and Saturday 09:00-23:00 and Sunday 10:00-23:00.

The premises will be open to the public from 06:00-23:00 daily.

The record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or online at the Rossendale Borough Council website.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB by 21 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
