Notice is given that BEE WORLD UK LIMITED applied to Newcastle City Council on 20 AUGUST 2026 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-
LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT MONDAY TO SUNDAY 23:00 TO 03:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH. Representations must be received by 17 SEPTEMBER 2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https:// portal.newcastle.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
