What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Forbidden Festival Europe
Master Ltd has applied to Leeds City Council for the grant
of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known
as Vault, Unit 7, Royds Farm Road, Leeds, LS12 6DX.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the
performance of plays, showing of films, playing of indoor
sports, boxing & wrestling, performance of live & recorded
music and the sale of alcohol for consumption on the
premises from 1000 to 0100 each day indoors, from 1000
to 2300 each day outdoors and on 8 occasions per year until
0100 outdoors and the provision of late night refreshment
indoors and outdoors from 2300 to 0100 each day. The
opening hours of the premises will be from 0830 to 0130

each day. Any representations regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by Leeds

City Council, Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council,
Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or e-mail to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

no later than 15th
September 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or
