Notice is hereby given that OFJ Topco Limited has applied
to Crawley Borough Council in respect of Oxygen Crawley,
Unit 3, Crawley Leisure Park, Crawley, RH10 8LR for the
grant of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003
to permit the following: The sale of alcohol (for
consumption on the premises only) between the hours of
11:00 and 23:00 daily. The provision of regulated
entertainment (films and indoor sporting events) between
the hours of 09:00 and 23:00 daily. The opening of the
premises between the hours of 09:00 and 23:30 daily. The
last date for representations in respect of this application is
16th September 2026. Details of the full application may
be viewed at Crawley Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley,
RH10 1UZ by prior appointment during normal office

hours, between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. A summ-
ary is available on the Public Register via crawley.gov.uk

Any person or body may make representation in writing on
or before the final date for representations, in writing to the
Licensing and Partnerships Manager, Crawley Borough
Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ
or via email to

licensing@crawley.gov.uk

maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited on
