TAKE NOTICE, BCA CATERING LTD, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be granted in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:
Details of the proposed licensable activities include:
• Sale of Alcohol, Sun-Thurs 10:00-22:30hrs, Fri-Sat 10:00- 1:30hrs
• Live Music indoors only, Fri-Sat 17:00-01:00hrs
• Recorded Music both indoors and outdoors, Sun-Thurs 09:00-23:00hrs and Fri-Sat 09:00-2:00
• Late night refreshments indoors, Fri-Sat 23:00-02:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 17 September 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
