TAKE NOTICE that the above named has applied to Guildford Borough Council ('the Licensing Authority') for a new premises licence in respect of the above premises. 

The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities:- Provision of Live Music, Provision of Recorded Music, Provision of Dance, Sale of Alcohol. Please note Sales of Alcohol will finish 30 mins before terminal hour.

This application is for one weekend per year between September and November.

A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Reception, Guildford Borough Council Offices, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford during office hours or on our website at www.guildford.gov.uk/la03applications If you wish to submit a representation for this application, you must do so in writing to the Licensing Unit at the Council Offices or by e-mail to regulatoryservices@guildford.gov.uk by ...17th September 2026..after which date, no objections will be considered.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. 

Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE OF UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (CURRENTLY £5000) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY

MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
