Notice is hereby given that Mr Guy Alexander Hughes has applied in respect of High Rise, High Rise Riverside Youth Project, Clement Street, Bristol, BS2 9ES for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to the amend the conditions on the premises licence as set out in the application. This application has been made following discussions with Avon and Somerset Police and the Pollution Control Team. There are no changes to the licensable activities or opening hours. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 18 September 2026, to Licensing Team PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
