NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sarah Rebecca Burrows has applied to Gosport Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: The Book Shop 142 High Street, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire PO13 9DD

The application was made on 11 August 2026 under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Proposed licensable activity:

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.

Proposed hours for the sale of alcohol: Monday to Sunday: 12 noon to 10.00 pm.

The application includes the private forecourt immediately outside the premises, which may be

used by customers for the consumption of alcohol purchased at the premises.
