Notice is hereby given that Welcome Break Group Limited has applied in respect of Taco Bell, Welcome Break Cromwell, A1 Northbound, Cromwell, Newark, NG23 6JE for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening Hours Monday – Sunday 24 hrs a day
Late Night Refreshment Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 05:00 Between the hours of 2300 and 0500 the premises will operate a home delivery
and/or collection service only (no dining in).

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Newark & Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, Notts, NG24 1BY.
Representations must be received no later than 14 September 2026. The application record and register may be viewed during normal
office hours at the above address.
