An application has been made to Somerset Council for the variation of a premises licence under the above Act

Applicant: SHELL UK OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED
Address of premises: SHELL SEDGEMOOR SOUTH, SEDGEMOOR SERVICES, M5 SOUTHBOUND, ROOKSBRIDGE, AXBRIDGE, BS26 2UF

Description of variation being sought:
1.ADD THE LICENSABLE ACTIVITY THE SALE OF ALCOHOL (FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES)- MONDAY TO SUNDAY 00:00 TO 00:00 HOURS PER DAYTO THE PREMISES LICENCE; 2. REMOVE AN OUTDATED CONDITION FROM THE PREMISES LICENCE AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW CONDITION; 3. ADD FURTHER CONDITIONS TO THE PREMISES LICENCE; AND 4. UPDATE THE PLAN ATTACHED TO PREMISES LICENCE.

The Council keeps the licensing register in digital form and at the address below. You can ask to be sent a copy of the full application by email by phoning 0300 123 2224 or by emailing licensing.sedgemoor@somerset.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make a representation do so in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection, within 28 days of the date of this notice.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary of conviction, is a level 5 on the standard scale.
