To whom it may concern:
We Daniel Whitfield and Laura Whitfield do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at North Devon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Scape Goat Rum, 8 Barbrook Road, Barbrook, Lynton EX35 6PB
The application is to:
1. To enable the supply of alcohol through online sales off the premises Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 00:00.
Representations should be received by The Licensing Team, North Devon District Council, Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 1DG or by email to licensing@northdevon.gov.uk The Licensing Act 2003 Public Register, Record of Applications and representation form are available on our website at: https://www.northdevon.gov.uk/business/licences-andpermits/ entertainment-and-alcohol-licences Or can be viewed at the above premises by appointment only.
Representations must be made not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
