Notice is hereby given that Tops Pizza Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the variation of the Premises Licence for Tops Pizza, 52 High Street, Ashford, TN24 8TE.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of representation by 21/09/2026.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
