I Benjamin Penrose hereby give notice that an application was made to East Hertfordshire District Council on the 24th August 2026 for the Grant of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Unit 15a Dicker Mill Industrial Estate Hertford, Herts SG13 7AA from which the following licensable activities are proposed.
The Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises from 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at Licensing Authority East Herts Council Wallfields Pegs Lane Hertford Hertfordshire SG13 8EQ or on line at www.eastherts.gov.uk.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 21/09/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
