What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Coffi Lab Ltd has applied in respect of Coffi Lab, 243-245 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9PP for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Sale of alcohol (on & off sales) - 10:00 – 20:30 Monday – Sunday.

Opening Hours - 07:30 - 21:00 Monday – Sunday.

To add conditions relating to, Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance, Public Safety and Protection of Children.

The licensing register may be inspected at Cardiff Council Licensing Enterprise House, 127-129 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5LE between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays.

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 16th September 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
