NOTICE is hereby given that I, Mr Oliver Rowland, have applied on 21st August 2026 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as: Cafe De Paris, 3/4 Chapel Court, Hospital Street, Nantwich, CW5 5RP for a full variation licence to vary the following: To extend the existing licensed premises to include the adjoining premises at No. 2, internally connected to the existing premises at Nos. 3-4, providing additional customer seating and bar/service space.
Live Music - Monday-Saturday: 09:00-23:00; Sunday: 09:00-22:00.
Recorded Music & Supply of Alcohol - Monday- Thursday: 09:00-23:00; Friday-Saturday: 09:00-00:00; Sunday: 09:00-22:00.
Late Night Refreshment - Friday-Saturday: 23:00-00:00.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
