NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority for Swindon on 17th August 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, Whitehill Way, Shaw Ridge, Swindon, SN5 7DN for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises. The full application may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours Monday to Friday at :- Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH Responsible authorities and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations from 17th August 2026 but no later than 14th September 2026. All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax) to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
