Notice is hereby given that: MERKUR Slots UK Limited Of the following address: Second Floor, Matrix House, North Fourth Street, Milton Keynes, MK9 1NJ Is applying for an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005.
The application relates to the following premises: MERKUR Slots, Unit 3, 134 The Broadway, Southall, UB1 1QN
The application has been made to: Licensing Authority, Ealing Council, Perceval House, 14 – 16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities;
