Westons Way, Kingswood - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of South Gloucestershire Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Old Plough at Westons Way, Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 9RR. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit Films, Live and Recorded Music externally between 10:00 and 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 11:00 and 22:00 hours Sunday.
3. To add children’s condition.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14th September 2026 (www.southglos.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
