St Albans Road - Application For Premises Licence

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that SBR Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as KFG, 138 - 140 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 4FT applied to Watford Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to extend the provisions for Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 2300 to 0300 the following morning, Friday and Saturday hours to remain as existing; opening hours to also be extended Sunday to Thursday 1100 to 0300 the following morning, Friday and Saturday hours to remain as existing. All other days, hours and conditions to remain as existing. Also to update the Premises Licence Holder's registered address as listed in the application.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, email to licensing@watford.gov.uk or by post to Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX or telephone 01923 278476 no later than 10th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Watford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during the following hours - Mondays and Fridays 9am to 1pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm to 5pm, and Wednesdays 1 lam to 5pm, except bank holidays, or on the council's website -www.watford.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
