What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited has applied to the London Borough of Havering for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wingstop, Unit 11A, The Brewery, Romford, RM1 1AU.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol (on and off the Premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Sunday to Thursday, and from 23:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Friday to Saturday. Opening Hours from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours the following day Sunday to Thursday, and from 23:00 hours until 02:30 hours the following day Friday to Saturday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Public Protection, London Borough of Havering, c/o Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD or via email to licensing@havering.gov.uk no later than 7th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Havering and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.havering.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
