S4 Leicester Ltd has applied to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence for the premises below: The Bounty, 18 Market Place, Hinckley LE10 1NT For the following activities: On and off sales of alcohol, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, and anything similar: Monday – Thursday: 10:00 – 03:00hrs, Friday – Saturday: 10:00 – 03:30, and Sunday 10:00 – 01:00hrs, and Late-night refreshment: Monday – Thursday: 23:00 – 03:00hrs, Friday – Saturday: 23:00 – 03:30, and Sunday 23:00 – 01:00hrs Licensed hours extended by 1 hr on any Sunday prior to a Bank Holiday, Maundy Thursday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and the commencement of British Summer Time. Persons wishing to make representations must do so in writing no later than: 16/09/2026 to: The Licensing Section, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley LE10 0FR or by email to: esadmin@hinckley-bosworth.gov. uk The application may be viewed at the above address or online at: https://pa.hinckleybosworth. gov.uk/online-applications/. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
