What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

SNS Express Ltd have applied to the Licensing Authority at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council for a new premises licence at 17 Vaughan Street, Skelton in Cleveland, Saltburn by the Sea, Cleveland TS12 2AR to allow alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 0700-2300 hrs daily. 

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations to the application in writing to the Licensing Authority (at the address below) by 11/9/26. The Licensing Register/ the application may be viewed during normal office hours at Licensing, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar TS10 1RT. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine payable on summary conviction of such offences is level 5 on the standard scale.
