I Dineshkumar Malde give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Cornwall Rock Gin Co Ltd, 30 Fore Street, Fowey, PL23 1AQ.
The application is to: Provide Sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 09:00 – 21:00 Monday – Saturday and 09:00 – 18:00 Sunday.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 21 September 2026. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.
