Western Gailes Way - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Hull City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Royal Charter at Western Gailes Way, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU8 9EQ. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit retail sale of alcohol externally daily until 23:00 hours.
3. To permit regulated entertainment (Films, live music and recorded music) daily until 21:00 hours externally.
4. To amend conditions at Annex 2
Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Hull City Council, Democratic Services, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14th September 2026 (www.hullcc.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
