Notice is given that Nomansland Retail has applied to Mid Devon District Council to vary the premises licence for the above premises.
The proposed variation is to: Extend the permitted hours for the supply of alcohol to 10:00-23:00 Monday to Thursday, 10:00-23:30 Friday and Saturday, and 12:00-22:30 Sunday.
Add the converted farm shop and cafe to the licensed premises. The farm shop would sell alcohol for consumption off the premises and the cafe would sell alcohol for consumption on the premises.
The application may be inspected during office hours at the Licensing Team, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP, or on the Council’s online licensing register at www.middevon.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make a relevant representation must do so in writing no later than 12 September 2026 to the address above or by email to licensing@middevon.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine (£5,000).
