What is proposed?

Tree Cake Ltd is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises situated at 33 London Road, Grantham, NG31 6EX.

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to Licensing, South Kesteven District Council, The Picture House, St Catherines Road, Grantham NG31 6TT or by email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk by 17 September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
