What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

The Jungle Club (Vitaz Group) Ltd, The Jungle Club, 21 Checketts Road, Leicester LE4 5ER has applied to Leicester City Council for a variation of the premises licence for The Jungle Club.

The application seeks to extend the permitted licensable hours on Sunday to Thursday from the current terminal hour of 00:00 to 02:00. The existing Friday and Saturday hours are not proposed to be changed.

The application may be inspected by contacting Leicester City Council Licensing Authority, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 20 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
